Yesterday, SFJAZZ announced it’s first-ever Summer Sessions Concert Series. From July 10th to August 25th, the Center (along with Davies Symphony Hall) will host several multi-night programs centered on distinct themes. Those include “The Soul of Africa,” “Great America’s Songbook,” “Spirit of the Drum,” and “Masters of the Piano.”
Artists who will perform during the Summer Sessions include:
Amadou & Mariam
Eddie Daniels & Roger Kellaway
Cindy Blackman Santana
Eric Reed & Benny Green
Tickets range from $20 to $65 and will go on sale to members this Wednesday, May 15th, and to the general public a week later. You can get more information at sfjazz.org.
